I’ve always wanted to re-create the bucatini all’amatriciana from Lupa in NYC. Here’s my version.
There’s an incredible Italian deli not too far from my house. They have a range of products from dried pasta, fresh cheeses, meats, breads and other goodies. I decided to make a Sunday dinner of manicotti stuffed with ricotta cheese, arugula and spinach. I smothered it with homemade bechamel and meat sauce. Go ahead, drool.
